Overview

This proposal is netZ’s standard package for building a dedicated official website for a Myanmar singer & model ([Client Name]).

The website brings Music, Tour, Modeling portfolio, Gallery, Wallpapers, Fan Club and contact details together in one place — an online home of your own that builds a professional image for brands, casting agencies and fans alike.

Our Design Process

netZ has prepared three design samples, each for both computer and phone (see the next three pages). For Premium, all three samples are shown and you choose the one you like. For Mid, we select the direction that best fits you and present that one. They are samples only — you don’t have to pick one of them; you can mix elements or ask for a new direction. Once the design direction is confirmed, we start building the website following the scope and timeline in this proposal.

Design Sample 1 — Gig Poster

Concert-poster energy — a black stage, oversized type and tour dates up front. Best if the performing artist is the image you want to lead with.

These three are samples only — you are not required to choose from them. You can combine the parts you like, or ask for a new direction.

[NAME] and the striped areas are placeholders for your name and photos. Colours can be changed to suit your brand. Ticket and listen buttons link out to other platforms. Tap an image to view it larger.

Design Sample 2 — Red Campaign

Fashion-campaign feel — full red, a large italic name and an arch-framed portrait. Best if modeling and brand campaigns should lead.

Design Sample 3 — Blue Brutalist

A modern grid — electric blue, heavy lines and stacked outline type. Best for a young, distinctive image.

Home and About (Mid + Premium) — the look will follow the design direction you confirm. Grey areas are placeholders for your photos.

Page Samples — Music & Tour

Music (Mid + Premium) groups your songs and links to YouTube / Spotify / Apple Music — YouTube videos play right on the site. Tour (Premium only) lists upcoming show dates, venues and links to buy tickets.

Page Samples — Modeling & Gallery

Modeling (Mid + Premium) includes a comp card, measurements and campaigns. Gallery (Premium only) — photos can be tapped to view larger.

Page Samples — Wallpapers & Fan Club

Wallpapers and Fan Club (Premium only) — downloadable wallpapers for fans, and a form for fans to send messages.

Page Samples — Contact

Contact (Mid + Premium) shows manager, email and phone details, with buttons to reach you directly on Viber / Messenger / Instagram.

These figures are guidelines only — the final price is confirmed once the design direction is chosen.

Maintenance includes — keeping the website online, security and backups, help with using the Admin, and small fixes. Tour dates, photos and similar updates you can make yourself in the Admin. The first 6 months are free. From month 7 onward, it’s paid 6 months in advance, in one payment — not monthly.

Payment Plan — 50% deposit (at kickoff) and the remaining 50% once the website is launched.

Revision Policy

Once the design direction is confirmed, up to Mid — 2 rounds · Premium — 5 rounds of content/layout revisions are included in the package.

• Rounds beyond the package limit are billed separately per round.

• New pages or new functions aren’t counted as revisions — they’re quoted separately.
